Nasi Goreng(Fried Rice)

Ingredients


5 cloves shallots
3 large red chilies
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
shrimp paste a little if you like
one tomato fruit
100 grams of meat, cut into small pieces.
Cold rice
egg if you like
salt and pepper to taste


How to make

  • Puree the shallots, red chilies, salt, shrimp paste and tomato

  • Stir-fry garlic until fragrant, add ground spices, fry until fragrant

  • Input meat, fry until meat changes color

  • Input egg, rice, stir well

  • Give soy sauce if you like
