Ingredients


1 kg beef
200 g noodles/angel hair
s
1 cabbage, sliced thinly
10 rissoles
2 – 3 tomatoes, sliced thinly
3 stalks celery leaves

- Sauce Ingredients :
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 hazelnut
2 cloves garlics
4 cloves shallots
2 cm ginger, bruised
1 sheet lemon grass

How to make the sauce

  • Boil meat with water until the meat is tender.
  • Puree the pepper, hazelnut, garlic and shallots.
  • Stir-fry ground spices unti fragrant, put ginger and lemongrass
  • Put the stir-fry season into the stew meat, cook until it boiling.

Serving

  • Arrange the noodles/angel hair, cabbage, rissoles and tomatoes on a bowl.
  • Pour the sauce and the meat onto the bowl.
  • Sprinkle some celery and enjoy it with some chili.
